Repaired by Tony Frasher
This is 3 oversized dents spanning about 4 inches across, under a brace,
all big enough to affect each other, and right in front of the drivers door
where they'll be easily noticed if not well repaired.
For these dents I used the small and middle sized Dentcraft hand tools,
and the pink Dentcraft Whaletail. I set up both my hail lights at approx
a 90 degree angle to each other.
I started off these area by cleaning up 4 smaller dents around the 3 big
dents to give myself a nice flat area to be able to work off of. Next, I start
working on the smaller dent, on the right. I get the bottom out of it just
enough to start to see the line where the metal is high from
hitting the brace underneath.
At this point I tap that down a bit, and turn to use the other light.
If you hate trying to repair all those hard to hit cornrows, start cross
checking much earlier in your repairs. They're much easier to clean up this way.
